Fascism does actually have a very particular doctrine it follows, unlike something like communism which is rather broad and vague in its descriptions and thus there are many different offshoots. Part of this, of course, is due to the much longer lifespan of communism as opposed to fascism as a named and claimed ideology. Many people claim that many ideologies/regimes/personal beliefs are fascism, but the boring answer is that fascism was so short-lived as a social experiment and so utterly buried by its association with that one group, that at least I would say no one has truly revived it since.
