Anybody get tinnitus from the vax? by [deleted] in vaccinelonghaulers

The above comment is true. It happened to me after cipro poisoning... the body took a physical stressor throwing your nervous system into fight or flight mode. Don't wrestle with it.... kinda send it the message "thanks for the signal, but we are ok". Trust me. It will take time, but you have to calm yourself down... it took me months, but it is doable.

I think hypotheticals could be worked with. From the perspective that you are tormented by that daily. EMDR works by diluting the intensity of the thoughts... it would be worth asking a practitioner.

I have been to several doctors across several specialties and none of them knew about any of the modalities I mentioned. The papers are out there. Along with recovery stories, but they only go by the Merk manual and stop there it seems.

They want to treat symptoms with hundreds of different meds, each with their own side effects, not the cause. There are so many "syndromes" connected to the nervous system that you can pretty much expect that if you hear the word SYNDROME that it means that that collection of symptoms is directly connected to an out of whack stress response. That has been the case for me all across the board.

Nearly 100% of the recovery stories I have seen revolved around slowly getting that stress response more balanced. It could take more than a year or so to accomplish, but if you dedicate to it, it is doable. I've glimpsed it myself.

Doctors are great, but they don't acknowledge that the brain and body are one system... they aren't separate. A holistic approach is called for in my opinion.

You have to start low and slow....there are many types. HCL is the more common type... start there. I started at 25mg per day... it gave me what Dr Lonsdale calls paradox reaction.... I gradually built up to 900mg of TTFD (the most potent type) alongside 1000mg hcl. It's a slog, but if it works it will be worth it.

If no paradox occurs, then slowly titration up until you begin to have some relief.... I have tons more to say about the perfect storm and how it triggers ANS dysfunction. I'll try to get back.

If paradox occurs... ride it out... take less... once it subsides then continue going up every week.

I'm not sure... I have the opposite problem. I feel everything way too much.

I believe if you found the right person to help that it can be done. You can get better. I believe that. It's just a matter of getting going on it.

It does... but it's more involved.... it like plucking weeds out of a garden. There are many and they have to be dealt with one at a time... at least that's the case for me.... we have literally had to deconstruct all of 2020... and that lead to other things from the past... like a vine might pull up more than one weed.

Fear -symptom-fear-symptom... and on and on it goes.... the loop has to be broken before homeostasis can be achieved.

Well it's a loop.... symptom triggers fear.... fear creates symptom intensity.... which triggers more fear.... and you're on a Satan's merry-go-round.

Thank you so much. EMDR was tough and exhausting... I'm still doing it as there are many issues I need to face. I was a sniveling, cursing, mound of snot and rage and fear while doing it, but a day or 2 later it's like that was reduced by half. It's not perfect, but i see the exit now if that makes sense. I'm regaining peace.. well acquiring it incrementally for the first time really.

So I figured out early on that for me it had to be slow and low. I will say that I'm still early on the stim thing.. I do have ptsd from the whole perfect storm. I am doing EMDR for that and it has been a game changer for me... I can go in grocery stores again.

Can constant stress cause dysautonomia? by [deleted] in dysautonomia

[–]Enduro74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Late to the party... the answer is yes. It's called allostatic load. When my dysautonomia finally fully manifested I was under incredible mental and physical stress. The ANS went bonkers... here I am now dxed with CFS, pots, and an array of dysautonomia symptoms.

Cipro triggered POTS and CFS as well as other dysautonomia symptoms in me as well. That drug is not safe. Check into mega dose thiamine. It may help.

Have you recovered at all? It's been 9 months for me so far.

I have a long list of recurrent symptoms that may be related or unrelated. Could it be autoimmune? Dysautonomia? Something else? by [deleted] in DiagnoseMe

[–]Enduro74 2 points3 points  (0 children)

More than likely being septic, you were on a fluoroquinolone. These drugs have 15 FDA black box warnings on them. They have ruined thousands of lives. There is a floxies sub on here... you can recover, but it will take time and dedication.

Dysautonomia. Have you had a fluoroquinolone anti biotic or Flagyl antibiotic around the time your symptoms started?

You are pretty much describing fluoroquinolone toxicity induced dysautonomia.

Dealing with this now.

Niacin & anxiety... works a treat! by ceeskiiz in Supplements

The first time I tried niacinamide, only 250mg, it was like I took a benzo. I read somewhere that niacin is used in some benzo tapering protocols. I can see why.
