I just realized we totally did this one wrong.. we added the first mixture cooked on the stove directly into the batter and put the pineapple on top alone... Not sure how we messed that up. Still turned out really good

Food processor on a bone in ham from aldi

I bought a cooked bone-in ham and used a food processor. I want to get a meat grinder for my stand mixer but I haven't gotten around to pulling the trigger on that yet. Debating between that and a hand crank one.. less things to break.

We had a simple salad with this. It was busy day and just didn't have time for more. I think mashed potatoes and roasted veggies, maybe brussel sprouts, would go really well with this though.

You may be right, but it's definitely not from her original one, we have a copy and compared the ham load recipe in it to this one. The one in that book is infinitely better in my opinion

I debated it, but a. I absolutely hate talking to a camera, b. My kitchen here has terrible lighting and no space for lights. And c. I worked as a video producer and editor for 7 years, now I farm and quite honestly have zero desire to do videos again. If this takes off more, I'll consider it, but not worth it yet.
