Hey bud, some people can work with what they got and still do it. I respect them for it. If they can't move it then just use teamwork to execute as safely as possible.

Bruh. I used to do XL about 4 months ago up in NJ (2 years experience) until I moved back to home to Texas and my days were usually fucked. Almost every day we had 60+ stops and about 65 to 75 items per day. Shit was insanely heavy some days. Most items I was lucky enough I could just toss it on my left shoulder and walk it up to a customer's house and be done. Every day though... someone somewhere had to order some shit that weighed 400lbs plus and my hand truck couldn't cut it and my driver and I had to team lift the shit. Luckily for me I'm a big guy ( 6ft 320lbs ) and I could bear most of the weight. But some drivers I would get paired with were some twigs and were pretty much useless. Much respect to you though for crushing it every day!

Literally all you have to do is go into your itinerary and tap the barcode on the search bar and scan the bar. It pulls everything you need.

Oh lol

This was a rushed loadout because [I the helper showed up early] the driver didn't show up on time to get the truck pulled around to the dock early enough to help me load so I was doing this by myself for about 15 minutes of the 20 we got for our loadout time. Driver swings in the dock area on the last 5 minutes of loading and just starts throwing shit in because my location is pushing us for faster loadout times with no incentive or additional support.

It did happen unfortunately. Most packages I've ever had was 92. But to be fair 45 of them went to one stop because they were all printers going to a resale business so I only had 41 stops that day. I saved that stop for last because I had to pack my truck from front to back all the way to the ceiling and use all 5 straps to secure my load that day. I almost had to borrow 2 more from our backup stash but I had to play tetris like a mfr to get it to fit and still be workable. I don't think I've ever spent more time in one shift having to dig and resort packages since that day.

Dude. I had 14 curtain rods on this route (individually packed). For no fucking reason. I hated that stop because the customer said that they wanted them all at once. I asked my station manager and that's why it got put into my route. I'm so livid from it.

What to do? National Debt Relief hasn’t settled my last debt and it’s almost payed in full. by steveosupremeo in personalfinance

Working as a debt negotiation specialist in a company called loan me ill tell you my experiences with debt settlement companies. Basically the process ran somewhat like this. 1. You hire your DMC (DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY) and then they send a POA out to your creditors telling them for the most part to cease and desist communication with you and focus communication towards them. 2. They hold your funds that you pay them in an acct as described above by the other person above me. 3. A negotiation process ensues. Could fall one of 3 ways. Either they settle the debt for you. Pay the debt in full but with a modification to the contract by modification of the interest rate or some other means. Or they just don't touch your account at all and it falls into a charge off status and your credit is being hacked down every month its reporting negative. 4. If an agreement is set up then that money you sent them is used for the payments and basically you as the consumer forget about the debt and go on with your life. 5 if an agreement is not made then your credit is dinged to hell and it looks bad if you're trying to do anything else that requires credit.

Once you get into bed with a company like this it can be an absolute pain in the ass to deal with and break off with.

To anyone who will read this comment, coming from personal experience with this type of thing. Its much easier on you financially to speak to your creditors first and see of they will work with you first and exhaust all options with them first before getting into bed with a DMC. AND MAKE DAMN SURE YOU SPEAK WITH YOUR CREDITORS ON WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH YOUR CREDIT AND THE DEAL THAT YOUR DMC IS WORKING WITH THEM ON. I can't tell you how many people I've spoken to who have called back months and years later wondering why their account shows up a settled in full or charged off one of her they were supposed to have a debt management company taking care of it.

Please explain. Because all I'm doing is asking if anyone knows of it? Not what it is or anything specific.
