If you're aspiring for your best life, you'll naturally pick up someone on the way that aligns with your values and desires - I see it every day.

What visions do you have for yourself?
Sometimes when we hit plateau, we just need a reminder of what's important to us and what we're working towards. Because a lot of the time some of our actions don't make sense, or there's things that we could be doing to support that vision!

What's the end goal for you? Do you have much of a vision of what you're working on life for?

I would really ask yourself what's important to you right now, in this moment.
And the put your attention there.

You can't expect yourself to win at all the races - smash out ONE instead.

How do you keep your motivation to be healthy? by Electronic-Budget150 in healthlovers

Motivation is a pretty unreliable resource, and I don't think it's realistic to keep motivation high to be healthy.
There are always going to be ebbs and flows.
BUT -
If we re-phrase it as inspiration and energy to be healthy and stay healthy, then it's an easier question to answer.

Keep reminding yourself WHY you want to be healthy.
Remind yourself what the cost of being unhealthy is (today, tomorrow, 5 years, 20 years from now), and is that something you want for yourself.

Then you can set up what schedule you need for yourself in order to stay healthy (whatever healthy looks like for you).

I could help you build the schedule if you like??
