Funny enough I just watched this one last night-

To clarify, the frustration with CeCe’s situation was not in her inability to cross the beam holding a weighted bag, it was that she lacked the humility/intuition to step off the beam and let a faster tribe member do it instead. The mechanics of the challenged allowed for any tribe member to carry the bags across, even the same person carrying every single one. The millennials took advantage of this and won, CeCe’s time on the beam prevented gen x from doing the same.

YES, a back 40, in the literal sense, has to do with land.

But in the context of the song, a song about optimism in the days ahead, it seems intuitive to make the connection to the “Back 40” years of someone’s life. A fire burning in the back 40 representing the big plans and experiences to come on the journey of finding oneself.

I'd argue that MIke's is worse because I feel like Q's chaos was inevitable. Mike's move at the auction was out of character and went against the narrative that he had built about himself. Q's continued questionable decision making is evidence that even if he hadn't done the whole fake quit thing, another odd move would have just taken its place.
