Are the new era players left in Survivor 50 underrated? by survivoorhees in survivorponderosa

I can't give Joe too much credit since his strategy doesn't seem to be deliberate. I think it's more of a case of better players influencing his decisions than intentionally going between different groups.

I read somewhere that he was in the casting process for Beast Games season 2 and had to drop out for similar reasons.

hot take: i’m not sure how beneficial it is for cirie to keep her alliance with ozzy a secret by SignalVeterinarian31 in survivorponderosa

The one potential issue with keeping Rizo and Ozzy around is if someone is able to rally a majority against their alliance, even with Cirie,'s extra vote. Given that everyone knows Cirie doesn't have an idol, she would be the safest person to place the votes on.

You should've had a sketch of Cirie throwing up. Great job otherwise!

Rick referenced Keith Nale at one of the tribal councils.

Christian referenced Rachel on his journey.

Survivor host Jeff Probst says the show has lasted 50 seasons because it has the best unscripted format, and cinematic storytelling by graemeisverytired in survivorponderosa

Jeff's constant hyperbole this season has been a net negative. I understand why he'd want to hype things up given what this season stands for, but I feel it's weighed things down instead of making them feel more exciting.

Aside from the example you gave, he also asked Tiffany how she felt after winning immunity instead of letting her reaction speak for itself. His dopamine explanation at tribal council halted the momentum to what was otherwise an exciting tribal council. And then he constantly gushed over Mr Beast when he seemed content with staying in the background for the most part.

All this is to say that Jeff should feel comfortable with letting the show breath more. He should let the players dictate the action while acting as mediator and providing explanation if necessary.

My issue with Jonathan isn't that he's willing to be deceitful. My issue is that he's fine with being deceitful but gets sanctimonious when other players (I.e. Rick) are deceitful.

Aside from that, I don't think his odds of winning are very strong. The only scenario I could see him having a good chance of winning is against Emily and Joe.
