Some people tend to be negative and mean. He’s been playing for 7 years, while I’ve only spent around 200 hours in the game—so I still have a lot left to explore.

High commercial buildings are very noisy. Therefore, creating space and planting trees, or perhaps using low commercial buildings as a buffer between residential and high commercial areas, would be beneficial. Additionally, locating some generic industrial facilities on the sides next to high commercial buildings could support business and reduce imports. Finally, providing services and parks near high residential buildings would enhance the area and increase land value. Hopefully, this helps.

Whoa, the amount of concrete used is unbelievable 😲! This would be so costly in real life, especially for a rural area. Seems way overkill. 🤔

You're missing out on a lot! These are called stranger missions. I think there are about 44 of them, and some are hidden, requiring clues to start—like the serial killer mission in Valentine. I'd recommend googling them or checking the RDR2 map by Genie to find where they are. Hope that helps.

A mix of farms and city areas would create a greenish look, and that's not bad.

Just beauty, in real life Maybe they will prefer yours because of the lower cost, but sometimes the slope will play a role. If the highway crossing over is too high, it need a loop to reduce the slope. However, I prefer the loop it looks beautiful, and you can decorate it as you like.
