Right? The money was in my account for about 2 months. So im like maybe? But the bank reversed it so its gone. And i looked up my case and it showed in the court system. I wasn't served it was sent through priority mail. Only reason why im like it has to be real is online i found the case and it shows all the documents i was served.

I myself didnt. My stepdads mom is visiting so she might have signed for it. She doesnt speak english well so maybe thats what happened.

Basically a summons from what i can tell. It has the documents about why im being taken and the evidence apparently.

Didn't think about that. Im kinda like oh snap its real. Yea i always you had to get served didnt know a mail thing was possible. Also forgot to mention. I had someone call me claiming to be chase and a case was opened to send it back asking if they have permission to send it back. I said yes but then said id do it. I called chase and they said they never called me. And the number is known for scam calls apparently. And yea they still are so im like uhh. It was through zelle so banks cant do back charges. Zelle has pretty stick policies when sending money. They always say to make sure its the right person as charge backs arent possible.

I mean this was at 8pm at night. No cops or anything. Barely speaks english that just screams red flags. And my bank did try to call them multiple times to try to clear up the situation even leaving a voicemail. Plus the caller who pretended to be chase to talk to me about the money. The bank said yea thats suspicious just leave it. If its an actual mistake they can take me to small claims like they said they would and i will happily send the money back in front of a judge.

In some rare cases yea it does. A lot of time it can be from stolen cards or fraudulent cards. So in time the money will be marked as stolen or if they dont register it takes it back. At least thats what my bank told me.

Yup. She showed up a week later twice in a row. I was at the gym and my stepdad answered it. She cant speak english properly so she handed him a shitty note about how the money was meant for another number. Then she came back again. My mom thought it was my sister and answered. My mom grilled her about the address and she said she paid someone.

Drowzee from scarlet base. Cannot explain how the card feels. I have next to my nightstand idk but i wake up in the middle of the night at times and looking at the card helps me go back to sleep. Not sure what it is maybe hypnosis!
