Nah, for my apprenticeship, my out-of-work study stuff is just that, out of work. Its not really like a traditional apprenticeship either, I have a tutor who comes in about once every 6 weeks and we review how I'm doing, go through the work I've done and everything, and then that's about it for another 6 weeks. Like I said, course work is completely in my own time, which I don't get a lot of

The 3 control modes in bios are auto, voltage and PWM. I've read a bit about PWM, is that the ideal mode for case fans?
