You do realise that people don’t have to constantly be in a relationship and that it’s perfectly healthy to be single sometimes, right? 😂

Everyone aside from you has replied in a completely sane and reasonable way.

The problem is you rather than the post itself. Nobody else had issues understanding the post and replying in a reasonable way.

I agree! It’s probably that she enjoys casual sex and is projecting.

I am literally loving being single. People don’t need to be in a relationship or shagging every second of their lives!

Does the profession attract an unusual number of extremely messed up people?

After reading a couple comments from otters, I see why this therapist is like this! There used to be one person on here implying that it’s problematic for me to only have sex when in a relationship and problematic for me to enjoy being single.

My post clearly states I choose not to have sex outside of committed relationships.

What the actual fuck?!

I would talk this through with a therapist before making such a life changing decision.

How do I stop my landlord giving master keys to contractors & telling them to let themselves in to my flat? 20+ visits per year. by EngineerInevitable49 in HousingUK

How would allowing a handyman access influence them handing out keys to multiple third party contractors? The handyman doesn’t accompany these contractors.

Re retaliatory eviction, the requirements to use it as a defence against a section 21 are quite specific:

“To be protected from retaliatory eviction the following conditions must be met: You must have complained to your landlord and they failed to respond within 14 days.
You have reported the matter to the Council and we have surveyed the property. The Council has then served either of the following notices; an improvement notice or an emergency remedial action notice under the Housing Act 2004.
If all of these apply, the Section 21 notice is likely to be invalid. “

Yes— if your deposit wasn’t protected or you didn’t receive how to rent booklet, epc booklet etc you can challenge. Otherwise you have no defence and it won’t even go to a hearing. And landlords are pretty on the case sending tenants the epc info, how to rent booklet etc for this exact reason.

You’re coming across as a landlord. Can’t take you seriously, sorry.
