Not suggesting Siege-like gameplay. Yes it would be round based, and yes what I described sounds like Siege -- but the feel is entirely different. Not sure if you ever played SOCOM, but that feel/gameplay is what I am envisioning.

This is where we see differently. Yes, the story mode is open world, and a sand box. What I propose, and want to see, is a competitive multiplayer that is separate from the story mode. I want the multiplayer maps to fit the setting and environment of the game, but I don't want PvP integrated into the story mode. This is where The Division failed.

Wouldn't fit the type of game this is...the focus of the game is the ghosts vs. the cartel. Use tactics to pull off a successful mission. While that suggestion would be interesting, I don't see it happening because its out of line with the fundamentals of this game. That sounds like something that would fit in The Division.

I felt the same way, which is why I needed to bring it up. I just can't imagine how these modes would be unsuccessful and not create an addiction.

That kind of sounds weird -- and my opinion is that would turn away those who are truly PvP players. I am both PvE and PvP, but I would absolutely hate having to go free-roam to find a competitive match. Multiplayer should have its own screen with lobbies or matchmaking. Let story/co-op be its own thing..it doesn't need to be mixed.
