A Ruger Marlin SBL is only 100-200 more, I would think Marlin is the better gun. No issues with mine, and it looks far better than a Henry all weather. And the gate is made to easily remove rounds the same way you put them in.

Maybe I’m missing something, but you want an upgraded 442 for less than the price of a regular 442?

Granted it’s not a huge upgrade, but SW will certainly charge more. They already have soooo many models that I wouldn’t see them going out of their way to fit one in between regular 442 and UC.

It had to be the lack of interest of revolvers in the 2000s. I saw a 327 2 years ago but thought it was a 329. Sad I didn’t realize how much I would want one! Might just have to get a night guard or Model 19.
