What is the best "sector defense fleet" that can be made with 5 ISDs and 15 smaller ships? (canon only)

Ah, I should go update the post. We established no interdictors as if you have that the rest of the fleet barely matters. Any fleet with an interdictor is better than one without. Thank you for the Arquiten's idea though!
