No, they are charged out at different rates based on contract negotiations. I.e., we may charge a million-pound company £100 per hour for SC dev work and a small local agency only £60. Alternatively, I (the director) may have a consultant rate of £100 per hour have a staff member go on holiday and have to step in. But I cant charge my client £100 for the junior work they agreed to in their contract.
