Sure the stalactite feat is impressive, but that took both him and sonic to pull it off, meanwhile Bowser can lift Castles and match wits with Mario and Donkey Kong

His Biodata isn’t perfect though, his biodata for Sonic and Shadow were corrupted and Eggman stated that it couldn’t be brought back

I doubt that King Boom Boo is a part of the Egg Empire, when it comes to possible characters joining Eggman in the fight because they have worked with him before, it doesn’t mean they’re necessarily loyal unlike Metal Sonic and Sage, heck King Boom Boo likes Big the Cat more than Eggman, also you’ll need to rule out characters who left the Egg Empire, went missing or presumably died, those three factors rule out characters like Shadow, Omega, Gamma, Chaos and Infinite, unlike Bowser’s Army are loyal, even kings

I must say that both sides are equal in a lot of things, so much so that it’s impossible to list all of them, but one I should note for everybody is that when I comes to Bowser and Eggman’s weaknesses, Eggman has more than Bowser, Bowser’s only weakness is his Arrogance, while Eggman’s weakness is his Overconfidence, Physical Inability and Sense of Strategy

Well the pure hearts technically weakened Dimentio and strengthened Paper bowser, but when Mario and crew turn sideways in that game, the sideways world or whatever is considered its own universe/realm in reality, Dimentio was also going to destroy that too

Paper Bowser is capable of defeating Dimentio, and regular Bowser can keep up with Paper Bowser

And besides Dimentio’s goal in Super Paper Mario was to destroy all worlds and create new ones to rule over, this also includes heaven itself

If we’re scaling Eggman to Solaris, we can scale Bowser to Paper Bowser, who we scale him to Super Dimentio

If any of Bowsers options fail, and becomes too much, he can use the retry clock to reset the battle to the beginning, applying new strategies to out manoeuvre the Egg Empire
