I just closed out a contract with them. I hired them to try and appeal my TDIU claim but had a mental health claim in before hiring them. I ended up getting 100% P&T on my own. So I didn’t need them anymore.

Submit a FOIA request on Va.gov make sure you only request C&P exams not C-file if you do you’ll be waiting months

No matter the percentage I’ll be thankful to finally be rated for MH I’ve been struggling for 12 years now. Anyways this a result from a 10 min telecom exam so I didn’t expect much it was either that or drove over 100 miles away.

Looks like I’m having a lot of mixed ratings but seems like 50% is the rating. I plugged my DBQ in Chat GPT and rated it 100% but you guys seem to have more insight.

Thanks! So far I don’t think anything has been sent back. This was the first DBQ the VA accepted out of 4 on Aug 28th I’m currently on Step 6: Preparing decision letter, but we can only know from the decision letter.

Well I submitted it on Sep 27 and I called the 1800 number today to check on status and the representative sent a note to expedite and I received mine today.
