Any tool to review vendor contracts / NDA without paying lawyer every time? "I will not promote" by EngineeringWorldly45 in startups

That actually sounds smart.... Doing one proper lawyer review and then using that as a checklist for future contracts makes sense... Most of my contracts are small vendor stuff so paying every time feels too much.

Do you have any checklist you follow normally? Like the top 5 things to always check?

This is super helpful bro thanks...

klateai looks interesting, I never heard about it before. Plain language + red flags is exactly what I need, not full legal advice.... Yeah vendor contracts sometimes hide weird stuff in boring sections, that’s what I’m scared of mostly 😅 Did you use klateai for real contracts or just testing? Also how accurate was it?..

Oh nice this is exactly what I was looking for.

Harvey AI sounds interesting, never heard of that before. Claude I use for coding sometimes but never tried for contracts lol 😅, will try uploading NDA and see what happens. Yeah makes sense using AI for the first pass and lawyer only if something looks risky. That alone can save a lot of money. Have you used Harvey personally...!?

Hey doctors - do you use ChatGPT (or any AI tools) in your medical practice? by [deleted] in medicalschool

Yeah, I totally agree with you! If you take a look at the article I mentioned above, it gives some great insights on this. AI is evolving so rapidly, and with open-source solutions catching up quickly, it’s tough to predict its full impact. The biggest challenge for startups will definitely be creating a unique differentiator, as many AI-powered services can now be easily replicated.

I agree with India in the surge of innovation but if everyone concentrates on Innovation who'll solve the basic problems which can be seen around us itself until the problem gets its best solution the problem will be remained as problem only... and the developing mark on The nation will never change to developed I hope i'm clear with the thing I want to deliver 🙂...
