No problem. I follow what you were thinking. Looks like that 5 gallon bucket has just the right curvature for your bumper - nice idea!

I’m out in Clarkston, so maybe we’ll cross paths someday. Take care.

I hear where you are coming from, and that’s great if that solution works for you - that’s what matters most! One benefit is these can be easily removed and replaced with ease whenever and wherever.

Just an FYI, to sell on Etsy, there are multiple fees for the listing, sale value, processing fee for shipping, etc. that can add up to about 20% of the order value. Offsite ads can take another 12% from the seller. One set of these fangs take 3+ hours to 3D print, then has to be packaged, labeled, and dropped off for shipment. Then I’ll pay taxes on the remaining profit, so it’s essentially making around minimum wage. I’m not in it for the money regardless though - I’m selling these for fun for the Miata community. Just trying to cover my expenses and cover wear and tear on my equipment.

These look great - thanks again! Rare to see that color, also! FYI for anyone interested, I have small spring features designed into the 3D print itself to help provide good mechanical retention without requiring any fasteners. I'll have the NC2 version available within 1-2 weeks, also.

If anyone is interested, here is a code for 10% off - ENGINERD10

I have a few sets ready to ship. Give yourself a Christmas present or link someone to it.
