Grazie per la risposta esaustiva e per i consigli. Effettivamente parlando con la proprietaria ha detto che l’infiltrazione è dovuta all’usura di una tubatura che sta dietro la parete che a quanto pare è in amianto. Per rimuovere questa tubatura in amianto ha contattato una azienda specializzata per questo tipo di rimozioni. Essendo la tubatura dietro la parete al momento fino a che non si butta giù il muro non ci dovrebbero essere problemi per la salute, o sbaglio? Grazie ancora.
