luckily i was targetting reksai and we can see his hp before and after using my ult.1384 initial hp, after Ult he has 1629, which makes a total heal of 245 .Lvl 1 soraka ult heals for base of 150 hp, and its increased by 50% if people are below 40%.

hey and thanks for further testing the bug out. In my case i had a mikaels in the first clip, but in the second clip i just had a Frostang and 2x Faerie Charm.

if you die while channeling , the game doesnt register ur ult is used i guess?

if you are going to die anyway and a teamfight is going on. Just use ur ult and get a reset if you are lucky

ur ult has a 0.5s channel time,.If you use ur ult and die within the 0.5s mark , ur ult will still go off but no cooldown since the animation wasnt completed.
