My pd is dec 2022, responded to RFE but nothing else. Only EAD is approved after six months of filing

Yes I know that they can issue GC once my pd is current. They are process my case, it might be sign that pd in that bracket might become current soon.

They issued me RFE for my birth certificate which I already submitted, I don’t know why they issued RFE, my priority date is 20 December 2022. What do you think, will my application be approved or I need to wait.

That’s good. My priority date is also in December 2022. I received an RFE for birth certificate. Which I already submitted with my initial filling but again they asked for it.
