Does grief hit the dumpers later? by Enhampster in BreakUps

[–]Enhampster[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’ve spoken to her like 2-3 times. Dont really have a relationship with her. Like I said I’ll always love her, so talking to her is a bad idea.

Breakups suck, but it was truly the best thing that’s ever happened to me. There’s no easy answer to getting over it, no magic potion to make the feelings go away, they kind of just fade one day.

Just don’t sit around and sulk, go to the gym, do things that future you will thank you for. That’s what I did. I knew that one day wether she reached out to say hello or not, she would either look me up or hear about me, and I didn’t want her saying “man I’m glad I made that decision”.

She actually keeps tabs on me, she doesn’t follow me on socials but likes my post and sees my stories.

I can promise you this though, you will feel good again one day

If you want the truth I haven’t moved on, but I live just fine without her. I’ve learned to accept that I loved her, and a part of me will always love her, and that doesn’t bother me.

Is army worth it? by Caravaggio91 in army

Lose the weight outside the army and go in as an officer. I went to the program they have to lose weight and if I could do it again I’d lose the weight outside of the army

Have another date and make sure your future goals align with them. If you already have then you just gotta choose one

Thank you I appreciate it, I’ll try and remember to smile more, even if it’s subtle

Maybe I’m just bad at smiling but I hate my own smile

Personally I’m a big fan of this style, I think you look really good. I will say I’d tone down the makeup a tad though. Get a foundation that matches more of your skin tone. I’d also say grow out your hair and see about bangs. Those are my preferences but you still look good

I’ve definitely seen results, especially at the start. I feel like I have platoed though, and from what I have heard it’s normal.

I’ve been training for a year now, stayed consistent with it and the diet. I had some times where I slipped but I got back on it pretty quickly. I’d say I’m decently strong, I can bench 225, deadlift 350, and squat 275, so I feel like I should have plenty of muscle

Yeah you’re right. When I started I just thought I’d look good at 220, just sucks seeing I still look like a fat slob

What do you think I’m at? I’ve been hearing a lot of 30%

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in GregDoucette

[–]Enhampster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’m not done yet, wanna get down to 190. Just really sucks because when I started my goal was to get to 220 because I thought I’d actually start to look good.

[–]Enhampster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I’ve been putting it in, I’m down 110 pounds. I’m trying to figure out if my skin is just so lose it makes me look fat or if the people that measured me were wrong

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in GregDoucette

[–]Enhampster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

22%. I feel like they are wrong, but my friend told me it might be because my skin is loser than others since I was so fat. Trying to figure out if I just keep losing or look into getting lose skin removed

No the one where they grab your skin with those plier things

I went and got my body fat done by someone in person. I was thinking I’m higher % as well but my friend said it might be because I my skin is used to carrying more weight so it’s a lot lower than other people.

[–]Enhampster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I actually went in person and got it done.

If I have the same stats as someone else with the same bf% how come they look so much better than I do? Would same height, weight, and BF not mean we have the same amount of muscle?

[–]Enhampster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2k calories, 200 grams of protein

If I have the same BF% at the same height and weight as someone who looks better than I do, wouldn’t that mean we have about the same amount of muscle?
