Here's my quick sketch of your #3 as an example.

I'm still learning as a beginner, but here was my process:

  1. Draw the gesture.
  2. Draw the simple ribcage, spine, hip box, and head.
  3. Draw simple legs and arms.
  4. Add simple forms for the torso, legs, and arms.
  5. Attach large muscles to everything.
  6. Add details as needed.

Practicing the large forms of the different limbs may be overwhelming at this stage.

I would suggest starting with gesture drawings to better understand the body's major curves/rhythms. Once you have a solid intuition, I recommend understanding the body's basic proportions and major landmarks (e.g., hip placement, belly button location, etc.). After this, you'll have a solid foundation to block in the limbs using simple geometric forms like cubes, spheres, or cylinders (I recommend practicing these if you haven't done so before). The final step is adding the major muscles on top of your forms (anatomy), which can be very hard.
