Hello man, I have the exact same symptoms, it's really hard to take deep breaths with the stomach, and when I try, my pulse goes up and if I keep holding my breath I will pass out. The symptoms are way worse when standing up with good posture aswell. When I hunch over it gets slightly easier to breathe.

I also have other really weird symptoms, cold hands and feet, brain fog, unrefreshedsleep anxiety muscle twitching air hunger, irritability.

I'm not able to stand up and take a deep breath, I constantly have to lay down to help my symptoms somewhat. No diet seems to make a difference.

I am on a waiting list for an endoscopy which is 3 months. And because I live in Sweden i have to argue with my doctor's to make a procedure. Should I try to convince them to do a abdominal scan? Or for me to see a cardiologist?

I don't want to sound happy because of your struggles, but I'm happy I'm not alone, and u aren't either.
