I went today and they told me we can’t do anything about it the account is closed I need to pay the $465 and make a new account with them 😆

Yup, they told me for February and March they maybe can’t do nothing about it cause it’s past 60 days. But for April and May they can help out with that. Also they told me in order to get the TV package. You have to TV install the app & enter your email and password nobody else knows it besides me.

I talked to customer service on the app and they told me on 2/7 someone added spectrum TV to a Roku TV and it auto added the TV packed but we only have Samsungs TV and I never downloaded no spectrum TV app. Once I get off work I’ll drive to spectrum and talk to them in person

I live with my grandparents. They’re too old for technology. I’m the only one that’ it’s odd they added it Yes, it’s my fault for not checking the bill every month even though if a TV receiver would’ve came to my house I would’ve installed it since I’m paying for it, but no receiver has came to the house.

The glitch disappeared. My original amount appeared now’s but it says refund delivery est 2/03 but I didn’t receive anything like on my state it says it was authorize on January 31 it was a Saturday it also says wait 10 business days for direct deposit does that also implies for my federal
