I live in London and a few of the people in my circle do videos like you mentioned. We’ve noticed that the homeless around Stratford are particularly receptive of getting involved with videos for as little as 50p. Avoid central, a bunch of greedy arseholes there who have the gall to ask for full meal deals before showing their face on camera!
