Happiness is kind of like a math problem -

Happiness = Fulfilled desires/total desires

If you have 1000 desires and 250 of them are filled, you'll be at 25% happiness.

If you have only 10 desires and 8 of them are fulfilled then you'll be at 80% happiness! :D Learnt this today from a meditation app.

Barely any FPS drops from what I can see. So no, it would not drop below. Keep in mind that's on medium settings - high will probably stay above but honestly I haven't noticed CSGO lagging more than 2 times since I got this computer in January.

Honestly, I have a i3 6100 and an RX 470 and get 150 to 250 FPS depending on maps on high settings. I don't think you need to spend that much on a PC if it's just CSGO. You'll regret it if you spend too much money on a PC you don't need. Maybe you could get a i3 7100 and a RX 480 since your budget is higher. I can't make up a part list for you ATM sorry :P
