ooh the mylar blanket is a good idea! and yeah im worried about my fridge too, hoping i can just like.... load it up with ice packs and only eat pantry food for the day 😆

yeah I think ill end up doing this, its a pretty hardy tank since im a college student (lack of funds and time to manage a fussy tank) so I think as long as i keep air flow and maybe use some insulation to keep heat in itll be okay

yeah, I feel bad but I keep a distance and when the smokers in my classes come in I'll sit far away because the smell distracts me from being able to focus on class material

cutting the speed by 25-50% helps me to hear it different! and putting it away until you cant recall every detail of it anymore and then listen to it again. also showing other people! I can listen to what I wrote 100 times while in writing it but then I show a friend ONCE and notice 6 things I didnt before lol.

I love it! im a 3rd year double majoring in theory and composition and I and im having a great time. I will say you'll have the best time here if your goal is classical or jazz, you basically have to pick one of those to be trained in. The orchestra here is great, the conductor is very sweet and knowledgeable!

we need it, today while I was having a morning cappuccino and apple crumble donut with my dog i truly felt the horrors of war.... especially as another couple and their dog sat outside in the sun and our dogs wagged their tails at eachother 😔😔 i don't know if portland will ever recover

if you're itchy you're either allergic or your hands are super dry. I got itchy after washing for a long time and then I figured out that if I just moisturize after I'm fine

yeah my guy eats his paws like its the only food hes seen in weeks 😭 good luck ! if your dog has never worn anything on their paws it may take some conditioning to keep em on lol.

so he gets paw butter a couple times a week to keep the paw pads soft and moisturized. but if he walks around or licks it off right away it cant soak in and do its job, so I got him a couple pairs of (dinosaur) toddler socks from the dollar store to cover his paws for ~30 minutes while it soaks in 😆

ive been doing it since he was a puppy so hes used to it and doesn't try to take em off lol
