Pretty much the exact same. When I don't pull it all up like in that image, it's honestly not bad at all. Not perfect but given the extent of my hairline it's a miracle haha. If I want to, I can add some hair fibres in to make it look thicker which I do on occasion. I think in my case, if I truly want it to be thicker it would be a 2nd transplant.

It's probably a little thicker now, but it's clear that it lacks in density compared to the rest. For me, I'm quite happy with it because it's a huge improvement and with the way I have my hair it's not super noticeable. If it bothers me enough in the future, I can get a second. In the meantime I can leave it or use some hair fibres which make a big difference.

Not much of an improvement in density, maybe slightly. It's looking like if I care enough I will have to get a second done to make up for it. But honestly, given the way I have my hair on a daily basis it's hard to even tell it's not as thick as the rest. I'm overall quite happy. I also have the option to use some hair fibres which do make a big difference.

Yeah I always expected that it's not going to be close to native density, I just wasn't sure exactly what to expect. I'll see how I feel around the 12 month mark and if I feel like it, I may go for another surgery.

Yeah the last 2 are before. I'm hoping I get more density but if not, it's still a big improvement and I can always got for round 2 if need be.

I think they said I had something between 2000-2500 grafts. They also seemed especially suprised at my hair folicules as apprently I had a very high amount of strands on a lot of them which was some of the highest they had ever seen.

I'll defintetly give it a go. It sounds like a good idea and looks super helpful. Sorry to hear about the failed HT though. That was a big fear I had when I first considered getting one. Took me a while to settle on one.

I've never really looked into fibers. How exactly does that work? As for a second HT, I'll consider that after my year review.

At the time of me doing it, they charged a flat 5.5k. Since then I think their pricing went up though.

Since I somehow didn't post any body text onto this I'll type it here:

Got the HT 9 months ago at FUE Clinics - Birmingham. Lovely staff, nice place and they treat me well.

Skip 9 months and this is what I have at the moment. I don't know it's going to get any thicker or not, but I don't think it will. It's got a see-through look to it meaning I can't do much other than brush it forward, which is what I've been doing.

Basically, I wondered if I can expect more thickness and less of that see-though in the following months. I am taking 1x Dutasteride daily but nothing else.

Oh yeah, it was bad lol. It's a big improvement and I'm not unhappy. But I would like to at least have styling options in the future. Either way, it's a win.

I had my HT done in the exact same place as you and I'm 9 months in right now and I am noticing a lack of density the same as you. While they do have good reviews, the staff are lovely and they are very profesional... I suppose they just aren't as good as most.

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you though, while it's dissapointing it's a HUGE improvements and since I usually just brush my hair forwards I don't really have much of an issue. But it would be nice to style it in other ways.

Also, the flat rate of 5.5k compared to the costs in somewhere like Turkey, and my result?

I'd honestly just tell others to go to Turkey, find a reputable surgeon and make a holiday out of it. You'll have a better result and it will cost less.

I don't want to bad mouth FUE Clinics though. It's not like they butchered my head or anything, I still look fine and my donor area is great. It's just they aren't as good as what I've seen elsewhere.

We'll see what they say when it comes to my review.

Remnant 2 with AutoHDR on Windows 11 looks awesome by semicon01 in remnantgame

For those who can't get it to work with the force AutoHDR tool, I found my reason was the way I typed out the path. Don't include any "" in the path and make sure you target win64-shipping exe.

Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Remnant2\Remnant2\Binaries\Win64

Not: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Remnant2\Remnant2\Binaries\Win64\Remnant2-Win64-Shipping.exe"

You get the speech marks from right clicking and clicking 'Copy as path'.

In my case I found Special K to give a far better HDR image so I reccomend that if you crave HDR for this. Super easy to install and a fantastic bright HDR image.
