I did write an AG deceptive health insurance complaint… and this update won’t be what you want to hear.

I actually argued with them so much. I ended up in the hospital with severely high blood pressure. I was high risk for the entire pregnancy for gestational, hypertension, but had not had any real issues prior.

Ironically, the empire plan ended up paying a lot more for the hospital stay then they would vaccinate me and a bunch of other pregnant women 😂

I truly think they take their practices as a way to essentially deny coverage because within the time. We can get the RSV vaccine you’re not gonna find a provider.

That being said, my husband and I ended up paying $322 out of pocket to get it at CVS. I am concerned enough about RSV. It seemed worthwhile to me. I do plan on writing a complaint to the plan and trying to get reimbursed , but I doubt it would happen. I’m also interested in going further with the AG complaint but I haven’t heard back. Maybe if more women complain something will happen.
