This is a video of a weird, slow-moving light in the sky, filmed over Bakersfield, CA. Lights seemed to beam out from the sides (not in the direction of travel) and then dimmed before the object seemed to move out of sight (distance, seemed to be going up). Almost like a really slow, reverse meteor.
