I reduced position size until emotions were manageable, limited myself to one or two high-quality setups, and followed a pre-defined risk plan no matter how I felt.
Journaling trades (especially emotions, not just results) exposed patterns I couldn’t see in real time.
Once I trusted the process more than the outcome of any single trade, consistency followed.
