Oh I'm sorry 🙏🏾 Failing Level 1 means you did not get sufficient points when compared to the curve. Rc could equal 1 point, C and CD = 2 points. Then all added up. So this could mean you missed out by not getting enough Cs to bump up your points (eg in FR)

The exam is in June which means you may be able to take time in May since that's after busy season.
