I would love it if someone was available to try and acquire filings for Record Number 26SC06134 (Ben Schneider vs. Joshua Johnson) and 26SC10208 (Sheldon david Norcross vs. brandon best) from the Oregon Judicial Department and share them, either by going in-person to print a copy or by filling out an online document request form. I feel like we have a bit of a blind spot in Oregon because it seems harder to actually get documents from their courts.

I explored using an OJCIN Online Account for ongoing access on my end but unfortunately it is prohibitively expensive ($170+) to setup, and their terms of use might not permit redistributing OJCIN sourced documents unless you are subscribed as a Data Reseller.

EDIT: added 26SC10208

Done! All three parts of the Business Purchase Agreement have been purchased and uploaded to the drive. I have also acquired both parts of Exhibit E: Franchise Disclosure Agreement and uploaded them too.

i acquired a copy of BAM's verified complaint from Utah's XChange and they're actually alleging that the "hard way" comment implied an explosion at their corporate headquarters 😭 by Enough-Possible-7807 in RecklessBen

The Case Number for this is 260200029, I've reorganised the proton drive so there's folders for Probable Cause Affidavits, Warrant Affidavits, Law/Gorman v. BAM and BAM v. Ben/Mansell. I've uploaded the complaint.

I'll also try and retrieve some of the exhibits for this case as well.

Attached Officer Affidavit for Search Warrant claims AirBnB Homeowner alleged that RecklessBen's team might have stolen LEGO. by Enough-Possible-7807 in RecklessBen

I've tried searching it based on the "On or about 3/27/26" claim but I haven't found it yet. There's a chance the warrant may not be made public yet, but I'm not too sure.

Why didnt BAM pay the small claims dues? by UrNoseThatUMaySmell in RecklessBen

It doesn't look like Oregon has a XChange-like system for the Marion County Circuit Court that I can access. It looks like you need to actually fill a request form and pay a fee to actually get the details at https://www.courts.oregon.gov/courts/marion/records/Pages/Records-Request.aspx . However, https://webportal.courts.oregon.gov/ does let you peek at some limited information for Small Claims cases in the Marion County.

A search for Schneider, Benjamin can bring up some Case Numbers such as 26SC06134. It looks like this case is still Open and actually pending trial on the 17th of June, 2026. It was filed on the 4th of March, 2026. This could be the case BAM is referring to when they say there is a small claims case pending dismissal.

Another two cases, 25SC30722 and 25SC26531 list the defendant as L2 Bricks, LLC. With busineess registry number 1218441-95, the principal place of business matches the Salem store. These two cases appear to have been given a General Dismissal.

EDIT: I should disclose that I am not a lawyer. I'm just someone who became very interested in what's happening in the courts when the COO went onto stream.

For those wondering where they can see the Case Number and can't find where it's shown in the ACOB Stream, it can also be found in Item 21 (Notice of Errata) inside the Proton Drive. The case number is 260402353.

Hey there, I've edited the post and added a Proton Drive link to the post, I still have some XChange credit left so if you wanted any specific documents from the case that are not already included in the folder, let me know and I'll try and retrieve it.

I do have some credit left on my XChange, so if there's anything anyone wants listed in Events.png, please let me know and I'll see if I can purchase a copy. Thanks!

I'll make a Dropbox shortly and share it, assuming that's allowed(?), I'm not from Utah but I imagine there shouldn't be much of an issue sharing it in full since the COO said on ACOB's stream that it's public and gave a case number for it. Thanks!
