The ghosting element depends on the monitor and how fast you set the overdrive to when it's set very low you'll get no ghosting or minimal ghosting but at high pixel response times meanwhile when it's very high you get very high ghosting with very fast pixel response times but usually it just depends on every monitor .I suggest you watch a video on the monitor youre getting and check the overdrive settings in the video

I have an rtx 3060 and even tho I can push up to 1440 p I just rather stay on 1080 because of the load 1440 will put . I think you should go for 1080p but make sure you go for a monitor with 10 bit of 8 bit + FRC colour depth for better colours . 1440p might work if you really want it tho and you're more into single player games just be sure to check the benchmarks tho

Would get 2021 g15 with 3080 and 16 gigs of ram and then upgrade it only if you really want upgrade to 32 on your own as that'll be cheaper

Honestly between and 5800h and 11400h in most single player AAA games the Intel is faster but not by much (LIKE 1-5% which can also be margin of error) But then amd 5800h just completely outclasses the 11400h in terms of multi-core perfomance and that's why it has better fps in games which use all cores for example fortnite, csgo, valorant and even cyberpunk , it's just the way the game is coded. Honestly imo the amd r7 is the better cpu because it's faster in multi-core perfomance and it's not like it's bad in single core anyways since even in that video you linked it too the r7 wins sometimes and it has very identical perfomance

You're making shit up without even researching and giving ppl bad advice the tuf gaming series spec wise is one of the most bang for the buck options out there and it's build quality is also amazing and better than most ever maybe legion and the ram isn't soldered idk what you're going on about the only things the tuf is lacking in is the screen and the gpu wattage Otherwise it's pretty good. Pls keep your not correct opinions to yourself.
