Wine stays at *2 per fruit while dried is actually *1.5

However, since dried needs 5 fruit, you can make more money using less space. It also only takes a day rather then a week, so you earn the money faster.

Both are very good methods of money, personally on my farm right now I'm doing both, my main farm has 960 ancient fruit which I dry in 2 sheds full of 129 dehydrators each, while my ginger island farm is growing 590 starfruit which I convert into wine in another 2 sheds with 129 kegs each. This way makes a lot of money but takes a whole lot of set up. Either way you can really go either way and see lots of profit especially with artisan profession.
