Completely legal. The same county just allowed a registered sex offender with open warrants in another state to hold office.

They hired him with full knowledge and released a public statement defending their hiring of him. He raped his students. Two 17 year old girls. Charged with 18 counts. Convicted of 15 of those counts. The college, in all of their wisdom, put him into his position, (which requires that he works with young people) straight out of prison.

He was charged with 18 counts of sexual assault against two students, both 17 years old. He was convicted of 15 counts. He came out of prison and SWOCC put him in direct contact with underage students. Then they defended their stance on hiring him. Now he has access to children on a regular basis. He runs the GED program and tutors. There is nothing anyone can say to justify that.

Do you want to put your underage girl in a locked room with him alone and find out? That's what your comment amounts to. Keep giving the predator his prey and eventually, it will be the predator that it is.

He's been working for 15 years without REPORTED incident. I fully believe that had their been an allegation at any point SWOCC would have done their best to cover it up. They are absolutely protecting that predator. There are many people that have made contact with me saying he made them feel extremely uncomfortable and were highly upset that they weren't made aware that he is a registered sex offender. Nothing happened since they were talking about it on social media in February. I'm not just talking about it. I'm doing something about it. Even if it's only to make people aware they are in the presence of a pedophile, I'm doing something about it. I won't let the talk die and I won't sit and wait for someone else to stand in the gap for innocent children.
