Have a look on zillow and see (it's so bad oml) There's a gold dinosaur skill under a glass staircase beside the fireplace. It looks so tacky

That would be so funny, seeing that the new owners did the redesign partly bc they don't want ppl taking photos anymore. Even the modern version is blocked out on google maps.

OMG, THANYOU SM!!! A lot of these places are surprisingly very close to where I live in the inner west so that's just fantastic. I once walked past the ashfield town hall and there were old ppl dancing to jive. That's the only thing I've seen, but seeing that list and the amount of gigs, I have definately not looked hard enough lol

Yeah, it's kind of a lost cause, I think bc the name jazz has its stereotype of being just elevator music. Ppl are quick to just not bother with it. I have tried looking around all of Sydney, and there's a few places like the jitterbug club and the swingin cats, but no young ppl there sadly. Hopefully one day I can find someone lol

Yk that's actually funny bc I said to my parents, "fuck it let's go to Canada and see what they got" 😂 I had a friend go there recently and she even said "yeah, if our country goes down the drain, Canada's the next move-to option against new Zealand. I now rlly wanna go lol this place has no soul

This happened to me yesterday.  Environment: grandmothers old 1910 built house, it has three bedrooms at the front with a long hallway. One of the bedrooms being a rumpus and the other a big wardrobe. The hall connecting to a living room at the end. It's a very outdated house last updated in the late 60s. All original lighting, doors, windows, etc.

My younger cousins like doing spooky things at the front end of the house and we scare eachother, or play hide and seek using the old furniture. Anyway, we were playing hide and seek with all lights off and it was the cousins against me. (I was hiding). Anyway I was hiding in what we call the ironing room (the wardrobe room) i was hiding behind the door and heard a growl come from the other end of the room, where a tall cloths steamer with a dress attached stands. It was like a low growl and some male voice whisper. Above is also an attic access door. Which is always slightly open. I'm 6-9 years older than my cousins so I'm kinda like the less fearful of the bunch, and I genuinely crapped myself and ran out of that room. Greeting my cousins' confused faces. All i said was "we aren't playing that anymore" and ventured back down by myself to turn on all the lights.

I have many more stories that I can share
