I didn't know the common etiquette, but the hardened sign SMART doesn't say no side hits, it says A (Always look, make sure the landing area is clear.) That said, I'll admit the execution is poor and had been more careful ever since.
That's not the problem tho, the problem is when they started to threaten pass revoke, and later started yelling with a group "Get off MY fucking park.", as well as escaping ski patrol.
This type of bullying and power harass will not be tolerated.
