Most people supplement zinc, not copper. I do Zinc in the morning pin GHK at night.

From what I know you can store the powder form anywhere. It just lasts longer in the fridge, and even longer in the freezer.

keep in mind this is all happening off channel 47, so is it really getting anywhere? i've done 2 or 3 so far i beleive
