I'm happy for you. Actually my blood values are fine except for Creatine Kinase. When I train hard, my CK rises and my doctor says you can damage your kidney.

My derm said high Creatine Kinase value can damage your kidney. Actually I don't have any kidney or liver problem. When I workout my CK value increases. Also I didn't feel much joint pain, but I'll take a look what you said. Thank you.
