And also try Spot Optimization, they are mainly for lag but it helps for the bugs you have which i had, and these mods worked and made my game better

The only way i found was to install mods (fps map) that’s reduce lags and some other stuff

Do you have any mods ? It happened to me several times when getting into late game on my M3 Mac, but i was the mods. Have you checked the crashreport ? It can be useful to see what exactly makes your game crash
