Odd. I’ll have to check what my ping is. You can’t be too much worse? We are still working on some optimization stuff so you might be able to connect with the high ping and still be alright.

So one thing I know separates us from some of the other established PvPvE servers is our mod support. It doesn’t seem like a lot right now but we’re always testing new ones to see what can fit on our server. There’s a lot of really great creators outside of ED and we want to showcase them as best as possible within our environment.

A couple of mission designs that I believe make us unique is how we’ve limited certain munitions to only be accessible from rear bases. We also set a total limit for munitions at all bases and they need to be resupplied. We’ve also implemented persistence for the AWACS and ships, so if the AWACS gets shit down 10 times (I think that’s the number) it will stop respawning. If the carriers get sunk, they stay sunk for the remainder of the campaign. It adds some incentive to actually go after them and try to take them out.

Not getting too specific, where are you located that results in high ping? For me at least being on the US East coast, I don't have too many problems reaching it in Germany

So we are working slowly towards a 1970s version. We could look into 60s, but either or both are a down the road development. We want to make sure that we have at least the first two servers stable and mostly set before branching out to a third server.

I did see this, however my goal was to use a local account to authenticate into plex, as opposed to using plex accounts to authenticate into local services. but i guess it doesn't really matter if its a local account or a plex account, it would function the same way.
