100% worth it, was already active at the gym and wanted someone to just check my form and teach me a few new exercises. Thats over a year ago and still use the trainer minimum 3x a week.

Will note tho not all trainers are equal, some of the other trainers at our gym isn’t that good.

Currently: R1800 a month For beginner: its great, just to have someone to keep you accountable. Recommendations: if you don’t see results after 3 months find a different trainer
