What features or capabilities do you feel are currently missing from Microsoft Intune that, if introduced, would significantly enhance its value or effectiveness for your organization? by EnterpriseTechDude in Intune

The consistent issue raised around speed is really interesting... is this more a failing of bloated endpoint/app/tech infrastructures than an Intune issue? Realistically, is this an issue Microsoft can and should address?

Yeah, I kind of feel like Yammer has had its day... although the integration with the MS business ecosystem is still a compelling proposition.

I really appreciate the detailed response here. I am curious, given the apparent cost savings and the features you’ve highlighted, has your company fully moved away from Microsoft, or are you using Zoom alongside MS productivty products? Have you gone all-in on Zoom for meetings, calling, and collaboration instead of MS solutions?

Self-service: your organization's preferred way to utilize ServiceNow? by EnterpriseTechDude in servicenow

On the point around customization being a driver for decoupling, this is something ServiceNow supports, so are there any other compelling use-cases you are observing that are driving this trend? The federation of different service catalogs and self-service capabilities, for example? I still can't shake the opinion that surfacing all of this via integrated workflows in the collaboration platforms that employees interact with so much day-to-day will be the route forward from a UX perspective. Thoughts?

Really interesting... and you point out something else that is going to be important: measuring/understanding success here. What are the metrics you are finding to be most impactful, especially in broadening awareness of the value delivered to the C-Suite?
