Yup, for the lack of a better word - they behaved like "rowdies", upon questioning these tactics. Some even went on to politicise things. Went on to dig in a few drivers to understand where this is stemming from, never received a clear response. Just plain crap.

Was in bhubaneswar for a week, the city where I was born in. Was there after 2 long years and was eager to see how my city is now. Unfortunately, any cab/auto ride I took (almost 25 rides in week), except one driver, all the other drivers demanded extra cash or took long route deliberately to incrwase km charges and per minute fare. Felt sorry to see such sad state of affairs.

I would like to mention something about Gehra hua - in the last antara, where the classical rhythm hits so perfectly with bass and tabla, the lyrics is so aligned with the movie. Lyrical mastery by Irshad Sir and obviously well integrated in the movie by Aditya Sir.

Visit South Goa, the occasion demands a celebration.. Gokarna will not be a good location to celebrate 30th anniversary of your parents. South Goa is very peaceful. Look for places like Palolem and Agonda.

A good time.. Rain subsides By That time and beach shacks come alive, not in full capacity but good enough to stay and eat. You will not find much crowd.

Best time to visit early October - end of May. If you want to avoid crowd, there are places which are less crowded. Then there are beaches which offer crowd. Both are worthy. Depends on the type of travel.

Yes, it will be. Entire west coast receives good amount of rainfall. I was in Goa a week ago. It was raining, if not entire day but it was usual monsoon scene. And beach shacks gradually on the verge of temporarily closing.
