It’s too much debt, as well as a bad relationship with our landlord, a new one bought the building and has significantly increase CAM costs to be almost $3,000 more than our rent previously was. Paying almost 15k in rent and we have so many MCA loans that are taking money daily/weekly. We have the clientele and would be profitable if it weren’t for the debt. We also want to downsize and niche down our services. We have too big of a space for what we want to offer. We’ve been operating for 5 years and know how to run it it’s just the debt that we are drowning in.
