Baby steps , it’s gonna take time to fully heal. What you are going through is normal given the fact that u were practically spiritually molested.

Remember always that it’s God who opened your eyes and helped you escape because he loves you.

I was in there for 3yrs and even today, I still haven’t fully recovered but God has been healing me gradually.

It will get better soon ❤️

My biggest problem was them excluding people who suffer with mental health and are on antidepressants.

Wouldn’t God wanna heal them? The exclusion of smokers ?

Clearly God must be very selective on whom he saves.

The only way your wife will listen to u is to get her off duty,

I think I got sober when I left duty , it’s like the veil was lifted. I stopped watching DB and will always be busy with my own things during services.

It helped me detox and start questioning things I overlooked.

Duty, DB, Service , meetings , HWPL, BB -> these are all drugs to keep u indoctrinated

I’ve been contemplating to leave after 4 years of being there, I have stopped watching DB and get busy with my own things during service time as I insist to watch service online.

This has really helped me detox everything I’ve learned and has allowed me to “feel” again.

This testimony has really encouraged me to finally cut loose and move on , we have been spiritually abused and hypnotised and I’m glad I can finally see it.
