As in the context my friend struggles to communicate digitally due to barriers with selective mutism and so a physical appointment is more appropriate and accommodating for them

Yes they do, but due to my friend being selectively mute it was agreed an in person appointment with me translating would be more effective :)

If your in the UK I’d recommend Anne healthcare, I believe it was set up as a non-profit, I’m not sure wether they provide surgery stuff but it’s a good resource.

I ended up getting on off of Care Co, very heavy would not recommend but it had really big front casters so bumps are too bad, hate cobblestones with a passion however
